01 / how we work

Four steps from conversation to result

  1. STAGE 01 / 04

    Analysis

    We figure out what exactly is costing you time and money. Often it’s not what the conversation started with.

    • A call or meeting: where your time and money go.
    • We rate each task on two scales: how much it gets in the way and how hard it is to solve.
    • We pick the first task: the one that gets in the way most and can be solved fastest.
    • We name the timeline and the price of the first solution.

  2. STAGE 02 / 04

    Development

    We build a solution for your task and show you how it works.

    • We build the solution around your task and your tools.
    • A lawyer checks what data goes where and what needs to be formalized.
    • We demonstrate the solution on your own examples, not on demo data.

    A working solution you can test before launch.

  3. STAGE 03 / 04

    Implementation

    We launch together with your team, so people don’t have to learn new software.

    • We connect the solution to the tools your team already uses.
    • We briefly explain to people what has changed, using their own tasks.
    • We hand over an AI usage policy: who uses it, what can be shared with the services, who checks the results.

    The solution works in day-to-day operations, not just in a presentation.

  4. STAGE 04 / 04

    Support

    We make sure everything keeps working. If an AI service stops being available in Russia, we replace it with another one.

    • We monitor the solution and fix failures.
    • We answer the team’s questions about how the solution works.
    • We refine the solution as your tasks change.

    The solution keeps working even as services and tasks change.

What we need from you

  • One call to review the task.
  • Access to the data and systems the solution will work with.
  • A person on your side who makes decisions and checks the results.
  • Feedback during the first weeks of work.

How payment works

  • Pricing is per project: we quote it after the free task review.
  • Payment is made in stages: you pay for a stage, not for the whole project at once.
  • Hourly billing applies only to additional work beyond the agreed project.

  • Delivery as agreed

    We set out the task and the way to solve it in the contract. We guarantee that the technology will be implemented in line with the task set, will work, and will be delivered precisely and on time. We do not guarantee a specific business result (revenue, number of leads).

  • You can stop at any stage

    You can stop at any stage; the payment terms are set out in the individual contract.

  • 152-FZ and data in Russia

    We build the solution so that personal data is processed in line with Federal Law No. 152-FZ (Russia’s personal data law) and never leaves Russia.

  • Attorney–client privilege

    For attorneys and lawyers, we set up the workflow so that information protected by attorney–client privilege and other client data is not sent to external AI services.

  • Employee monitoring under the Labor Code

    If AI works with employee data, for example via cameras or time tracking, we plan in advance how to formalize this under the Russian Labor Code.

  • Labeling AI content

    We keep track of the requirements for disclosing AI content and label AI-prepared materials wherever the law or the platform requires it.

  • AI usage policy

    In the end you get a document that sets out who in the company uses AI, what can be shared with the services, and who checks the results.
