Consent to personal data processing
Consent to personal data processing for tacticgu.ru website forms: the operator, the data, purposes, actions, term of validity and how to withdraw.

This consent is drawn up as a separate document rather than as part of a policy or other text, as required by Part 1 of Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” in the version in force since 1 September 2025. It is given by ticking a box in a website form next to a link to this text. The box is not pre-ticked, and the form cannot be submitted without it. There are currently no forms on the website: the consent will start to apply once they appear.
1. Who gives consent and to whom
By filling in a form on the website tacticgu.ru and ticking the box “I consent to the processing of personal data”, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to the sole proprietor Konstantin Igorevich Luchnikov (INN 500603330605, OGRNIP 319505300004064; hereinafter, the operator) to process my personal data on the terms below.
2. What data
The data I provide in the form:
- name;
- phone number, e-mail address or messenger username;
- the text of my inquiry and information about my task that I provide myself, including the parameters and result of the savings calculator if I submit them;
- company name and job title, if I provide them.
3. Purposes
- To contact me and reply to my inquiry.
- To discuss my task, and to prepare and send a proposal.
- To arrange a meeting or a call.
4. What the operator may do with the data
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to persons who process the data on the operator’s instruction, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is carried out with and without the use of automation tools.
The data may be processed using services that the operator uses to handle inquiries: the website servers in the Russian Federation and the Yandex 360 mail service. If I choose a messenger (Telegram, WhatsApp or MAX) to get in touch, the correspondence there is stored and processed by the owner of that messenger under its own rules. If I call by phone, the call goes through a mobile carrier, and the conversation is not recorded. The operator itself does not carry out cross-border transfer of my data.
5. Term of the consent
The consent remains valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. Once the purposes are achieved, the data is destroyed within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
6. How to withdraw consent
I may withdraw the consent at any time by writing to the operator at info@tacticgu.ru or on Telegram at @tacticgu_ru. After withdrawal, the operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, unless it has another lawful basis to continue processing (Part 2 of Art. 9, Part 5 of Art. 21 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).
7. What else is important to know
- The procedure for processing data, my rights and the protection measures are described in the personal data processing policy.
- I confirm that I provide my own data. If I provide another person’s data, for example a colleague’s, I confirm that I have obtained their consent to pass it to the operator.
- Consent is not needed just to read the website or use the calculator: the calculator runs in the browser and sends nothing.
