01Is our data safe?

We build the solution so that personal data is processed in line with Federal Law No. 152-FZ (Russia’s personal data law) and never leaves Russia. For attorneys and lawyers, we set up the workflow so that information protected by attorney–client privilege and other client data is not sent to external AI services. During development, a lawyer checks what data goes where and what needs to be formalized.

02What if the AI gets shut off?

If an AI service stops being available in Russia, we will replace it with another one. This is part of support: we make sure the solution keeps working, fix failures and refine it as your tasks change. Support starts from 3,000 ₽ per month.

03Who is responsible for AI mistakes?

The solution is set up so that a person confirms anything important: the AI prepares a draft, and your employee checks it before it goes to a client or outside the company. During implementation, we hand over an AI usage policy: who in the company uses AI, what can be shared with the services, and who checks the results. We record the result of each stage of work in writing.

04How much does it cost?

The task review is free. The first solution starts from 50,000 ₽, and the first result comes in 2–3 days. Support starts from 3,000 ₽ per month: in large projects the first six months of support are included in the price, then it is 3,000–5,000 ₽ per month. Pricing is per project: we quote the exact amount after the review, and payment is made in stages, not for the whole project at once.

05What do you need from us?

One call to review the task. Access to the data and systems the solution will work with. A person on your side who makes decisions and checks the results. And feedback during the first weeks of work. Your team won’t have to learn new software: we connect the solution to the tools they already use.

06What if it doesn’t work?

We’ll look into it and make it work. Whether it’s feasible is already clear when the task is being defined, so the question is usually not “will it work or not” but how to implement it. We guarantee delivery of the technical solution as agreed: precisely and on time. We do not promise a specific business result (revenue, number of leads).

07Who owns the solution and the data?

The data is yours. Rights to the code depend on the model you choose. Turnkey: the code, the data and full instructions are handed over to you, the solution runs independently on your side, and you may choose another contractor if you wish; this option costs more. Subscription: the solution works while you are with us; when the cooperation ends, you can no longer use the technology; this option costs less. The terms are set out in the contract. We can deploy the solution wherever you need: on your server or on a server we prepare for you.

08Can we stop after the review?

Yes. You can stop at any stage; the payment terms are set out in the individual contract. Payment and closing documents go stage by stage: after the review you get a guide and a roadmap, and you decide for yourself whether to continue with us, with another provider or on your own.
