Cookie policy
Which cookies tacticgu.ru uses: none for visitors at present. No analytics or advertising, so no banner. What will change if a counter is added.

In brief
The website tacticgu.ru does not set cookies for visitors. It has no traffic counters (for example, Yandex Metrica), advertising pixels, social network widgets or other third-party scripts. That is why you see no cookie banner when you open the website: there is nothing to ask consent for.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that a website saves in your browser in order to recognize it on the next request. They are needed, for example, to remember a login to a personal account, a shopping cart or settings. Traffic counters and advertising systems use cookies and similar technologies to tell visitors apart and build statistics. If such information makes it possible to single out a specific person, the rules on personal data apply to it.
Which cookies does the website use?

The website also does not use the browser’s local storage or similar technologies to track visitors. The only exception is the role you choose (“Show the site for: …”): it is stored only in your browser (local storage, key tg-role), is not sent to the server and is not used for tracking; you can reset it with the “show all” button. Fonts, images, styles and scripts are loaded from the website itself, not from third-party servers.
If you follow a link to another website, for example to Telegram, that website’s cookie rules apply there.
Why does the website have no cookie banner?
A banner is needed to warn about cookies that are not required for the website to work, primarily analytics and advertising, and to let you decline them. Our website has no such cookies. Strictly necessary cookies, if they are used in service functions, are needed for those functions to work and are not used for analytics or advertising.
What will change if we add a counter?
If we decide to add a traffic counter, for example Yandex Metrica:
- before it is launched, we will update this policy and the personal data processing policy: what data the counter collects, why, how long it is kept and who receives it;
- a cookie notice will appear on the website, and the counter will be switched on only after you agree to it;
- the edition date on this page will change.
How to manage cookies in your browser?
In the settings of any browser you can view and delete saved cookies, block them for individual websites or for all at once, and turn on a mode in which cookies are deleted when the window is closed. This does not interfere with how our website works.
